I totally agree that paypal is no. 1 when we talk about worldwide payment gateways (even tough it has it’s own issues). However ranking of other gateways is not what i would expect. I think that 2CheckOut could be closer to the top of the list as it offers a large number of payment options. Authorize.net is a good service, however only available for US based merchants. Stripe (as it is now available in some European countries) and Paysera (global), in my opinion, are also worthy options.
