  1. hard work and enterprise should be rewarded, just not to the extent that it is in some countries.
    the weak and vulnerable also need to be looked after. its in everyone’s interest to have a fair spread of wealth.
    looking at the best countries to live, it seems they are fair societies, not survival of the wealthiest.

  2. Different surveys give different results. However western European countries are the best to live not forgetting USA and Canada. What about Saudi Arabia or Iran or Afghanistan or Pakistan? Ha Haaa

It comes off very well in international city rankings with a high quality of life and a general feeling of well-being among locals and tourists.
